The Hemley Project

The Hemley Project is a student- and early career-led research project launched by the Durham University Archaeology Society in collaboration with Patrick Bowden-Smith, owner of High House Farm in Hemley, Suffolk.

Intended to provide accessible opportunities of the full archaeological process, the Project is open to the wider university community and beyond regardless of prior archaeological experience. Updates about our work will also be shared here and on other social media platforms, so do follow along!
